Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills
Business sense, leadership aptitude
Professional demeanor
Valid Driver’s License and ability to operate a vehicle
Experience installing & maintaining all or most of the following:
- Overhead parking gates
- Overhead sectional doors. Standard lift, high lift, full vertical
- Sliding gates
- Swing gates
- Rolling steel doors
- Rolling grills
- Garage doors (we largely use subcontractors for our residential installations)
- A wide variety of overhead and jackshaft operators including
- LiftMaster – residential and commercial
- Manaras
- Lynx FAAC
- GDI
- Pedestrian doors (exterior fire doors)
