To be considered for this position you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a customer facing service technician ideally in a food processing/production or similar industry. The position involves machine installations, training customers on usage and maintenance along with routine and emergency service and repairs. You will need to have a strong customer service mentality with excellent communication skills (both written and oral) along with a keen eye for details, ability to work under pressure and changing deadlines.
As the position requires travel overseas periodically you should have a valid passport and ability to travel. Due to the operational requirements you should also be fully Covid-19 vaccinated.
